Dr. Rhonda Talford Knight founded The Knight Consulting Group, LLC as a result of her work in the field surrounding global awareness and the journey of cultural competency to cultural proficiency. She recognizes the important role culture plays in today's workplace and community and she is committed to driving the business case for diversity and inclusion to implement systemic and foundational change through executive coaching, keynotes, facilitated workshops, or developing and implementing strategic plans.
Dr. Knight has traveled nationally and internationally sharing her work on creating culturally responsive communities that drive change to have a postive impact on businesses and the communities they serve, internally and externally. She is known for her ability to engage groups and move people to think and act differently. In this work, Dr. Knight has helped organizations through policy development to policy implementation. Based on research and leading practices, she has developed materials that her team uses when working with clients that are designed to meet the specific needs of the client. While some aspects of Cultural Competency, Coaching, and working to improve practice are universal, Dr. Knight and her team tailors their work to meet the unique and specific needs of their clients and the communities they serve.
